Our office will make every effort to schedule an appointment that is convenient with your schedule and when time is available. We have observed that certain times work better for certain age groups. We prefer to see preschool children in the morning when they are fresher. School aged children with a lot of dental work should also be seen in the morning for the same reason. This will allow us to spend more time with them and make sure they are comfortable. Dental appointments are considered an excused absence. Please call the office at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time if you are not able to keep your appointment.
For payments, we accept cash, debit cards and all major credit cards.
Payment and/or co-payment are required at the time professional services are provided. We will provide you with a treatment plan which fits your timetable and budget as well as gives your child the best care possible.

As a courtesy, we will file a claim for you if all of your insurance information is received by us on the day of the appointment. Please be familiar with your insurance benefits. By law, your insurance company is required to pay each claim within 30 days of receipt. We file all insurance electronically; therefore, your insurance company should receive each claim within days of treatment.
You are responsible for any balance on your account after 30 days, whether your insurance has paid or not.
Please know that we do not have a contract with your insurance company, you do. We cannot be responsible for how your insurance company handles your claims or for what benefits they pay on a claim. We will estimate your portion of the cost of treatment. We do not guarantee what your insurance will or will not do with each claim. We are also not responsible for any errors in filing your insurance. These claims are filed as a courtesy to you, our patient.
